Cat Cartel – Taking Back the Blockchain

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you (“the User”) and Lightbulb Moment Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer and operator of the mobile game Cat Cartel – Taking Back the Blockchain (“the Game”). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must cease using the Game immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or update these ToS at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting to our official website and our official X account @catcartel_xyz. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you affirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age or older.

• You agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract with us.

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Game.

If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you reside), you must review these terms with a parent or guardian to ensure that both you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to them.

2. Access to the Game

Subject to your compliance with these ToS, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or exploit the Game for any commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

• Interfere with the operation of the Game, including using any method or technology to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Game.

3. User Conduct

In order to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all users, you agree to adhere to the following rules of conduct:

• Prohibited Conduct: You may not engage in behavior that could harm the Game, its players, or Lightbulb Moment Labs. This includes but is not limited to:

• Hacking, cracking, or modifying the Game in any unauthorized way.

• Exploiting bugs or errors in the Game to gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in any form of unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or personal data.

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the underlying code of the Game.

• Respectful Behavior: You must not harass, threaten, or abuse other players in any way. The use of offensive language, slurs, or discriminatory behavior in chats, usernames, or other communication channels is strictly prohibited.

• Multiple Accounts: You agree not to create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing in-game mechanics or exploiting rewards or features.

Any violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account, with or without prior notice.

4. In-Game Purchases and Codes

The Game allows users to purchase special codes from external sources that can be redeemed in the Game for various items, rewards, or enhancements. By purchasing these codes, you agree to the following:

• External Purchases: All codes must be purchased from external platforms authorized by us. The Game does not provide direct purchases within the app itself.

• No Refunds: All purchases of special codes are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided, regardless of the reason (including but not limited to loss of access, termination of your account, or service outages).

• Code Redemption: Codes are intended for one-time use and are only valid within the Game. Lightbulb Moment Labs reserves the right to invalidate any codes that are obtained fraudulently or through unauthorized channels.

We are not responsible for any issues that arise from purchasing codes on third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within Cat Cartel – Taking Back the Blockchain is the sole and exclusive property of Lightbulb Moment Labs or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Game’s source code, design, and functionality.

• All artwork, graphics, logos, characters, storylines, and music.

• The “Cat Cartel” name, trademarks, and any other branding associated with the Game.

You may not use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, or exploit any of the intellectual property within the Game without express written permission from Lightbulb Moment Labs.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property, whether for personal, commercial, or any other purpose, will result in immediate legal action to protect our rights.

6. Modifications to the Game

We retain full discretion to modify, update, or alter the Game and its features at any time. This includes but is not limited to adding, removing, or adjusting game mechanics, levels, items, and rewards.

• No Unauthorized Mods: You are prohibited from creating, using, or distributing any modifications (“mods”) or hacks for the Game. This includes altering any portion of the Game’s files or using third-party software to modify gameplay.

• Game Patches and Updates: From time to time, we may release patches, updates, or other modifications to the Game that must be installed for you to continue playing. These updates are designed to improve the Game’s performance, fix bugs, and introduce new features.

Failure to install required updates may result in your inability to access the Game.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• No Warranties: The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Lightbulb Moment Labs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• The Game being free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.

• The Game’s ability to meet your expectations or function without disruption.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lightbulb Moment Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or progress within the Game.

• Loss of in-game purchases or codes.

• Service outages or disruptions.

You acknowledge that use of the Game is at your sole risk and that you assume full responsibility for any damages resulting from your use of the Game.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have violated any terms outlined in this ToS. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Engaging in fraud, scam-related activities, or illegal conduct.

• Repeated violations of the rules of user conduct.

Account termination will result in the forfeiture of all in-game items, progress, and access to the Game. Lightbulb Moment Labs is under no obligation to compensate or provide refunds for terminated accounts.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these ToS or the Game, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the state of Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree that:

• Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.

• Costs: The party initiating the dispute shall be responsible for all costs associated with the arbitration.

• Governing Law: This ToS, and any disputes arising from or related to it, shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to file a lawsuit in court or participate in a class-action lawsuit.

10. Updates to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Any updates to these terms will be posted on our official website and communicated via our X account @catcartel_xyz.
